I grew up in hellifornia (nothing against california the town I grew up in sucked literal dick; Or maybe just the people I was around it somehow didn't click to me that the fact that I was a 15 minute walk from the train station meant that no one could stop me from fucking off to the cool places where gay people lived for the day I'm not sure how that one didn't click in me I now live in NY I love fucking off for the day to where the gay ppl live <3 hehehehehhehe

I really like taking photos of things, sometimes they're boring things that old men like to take photos of (Americana and the such), othertimes they're fully like "hello, My name is Alex. Here's 10 reasons why I'm skitzophrenic; the person in the corner over there isn't real, i sleep with a knife under my pillow, thanks for coming to my ted talk, i'm not skitzo" (this was unironically a summery of the text that went with one of my projects, it was really funny to lurk in the corner of a university classroom and watch people say things like "scary" and such and then just start laughing and see them awkwardly leave the room hehehehheheh

Also alex has a weird connection to the ideals behind america even tho they are fuckass, but whatever alex is here now. The country is going to hell and Mr Trump (redacted redacted redacted) got America into another forgien war! But god knows that they'll drag alex from their home on the day it comes to shoot all the remaining transgenders and they'll be saluting a flag or something weird. don't ask alex why. it just do.

Speaking of the above photographs has anyone ever noticd how fun it is to just stare at people while they're walking by or observing something else? I find these to be some of my favourite photographs i've ever taken and i'm sure I spent the whole time annoying the fuck out of every person who noticed my flash go off, but I'm hoping that most people missed it.
